Built in 1922 Curtin House is an Art Nouveau building on Swanston Street in the Melbourne CBD
Demonstrating vertical retailing, it’s six stories include a few restaurants and a Roof Top Bar and Cinema. Originally the Tattersalls Building, it was renamed after the Labor Prime Minister John Curtin.
Our Helioscreen agent has fitted two HS20 Pure Retractable Roof Systems with custom stand down side fall to dispurse the water. The systems were custom fabricated in 100% waterproof pvc membrane with Dulux Black Satin powder coated hardware.
Both systems are around 4m wide with a 8mt projection. They retract to either embrace the sun or provide more shelter in less friendly weather conditions.
Brave the seven floors to the top of Curtin House and you can enjoy a grand view of the city. Unquestionably one of the best spots in the city for an open-air drink with your favourite people.
