Just a few steps from Mona Vale beach the Armchair Collective restaurant is a popular hang out with both north shore residents and regulars from further afield thanks to their inviting menu and relaxed dining approach.

After years of making do with traditional canvas awnings the owners decided to up grade the front alfresco dining area with a pair of retractable roof awning systems to give greater protection from the elements and more flexibility of the outdoor space.

Selecting a popular charcoal powder coated frame with a mid grey fabric to suit the existing tones on the building the two All Season retractable roof systems cover the full width of 14m and allow the staff to have half covered and half open or all working together.

Using a high grade architectural aluminium the frame also includes integrated gutters with the front posts acting as down pipes taking away the water down the inside of the posts and into the garden bed.

The All Season systems now provides a retractable cover to the front terrace area for use in rain or sun that ensures diners will be happy regardless of the weathe
