Retractable Pergola Sydney

This recently renovated northern suburbs home in Sydney has a large expansive back yard with an impressive decking area. However it required a form of shading and all round year protection from wet weather. The product of choice from Helioscreen was the All Seasons HS12 retractable roof system. This product was chosen for the ability to protect during the summer and winter months with its 100% waterproof SUNBLOCK PVC outdoor fabric. This system gives protection from those intense summer days with its 100% UV block out properties as well as protection all year round from all elements. With this system you have the option to extend or retract the fabric roof at your leisure by a simple touch of a button. Further controls are available as options from the range of Somfy products.

For this project the desire was to have more flexibility when controlling the Helioscreen All Seasons roof system.  The option of having two independent systems to allow optimal control of the area and the shading requirements for the occupants.

As with all helioscreen product the full range of dulux powdercoat colours are available. For this particular project the Dulux Duralloy option was chosen for it wide range of colour choices available.
