Retractable Roof System Gold Coast

The requirement for this project was to design and construct a retractable roof system for Comuna Cantina in Gold Coast’s recently refurbished Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.  The work took place in October 2016 and is another example of the continued increase in demand for roof systems in Queensland and across Australia due to the growth of alfresco dining.

The client was very happy with the end result which is Helioscreen Pure HS20 system, integrated in to custom steel work which has incredible street appeal. The system fit in beautifully with the overall look of the shop and provides close to 80sqm of additional covered space. The client now has a product that can protect customers from rain and sunshine but also provide an open dining area when required.
