Helioscreen retractable awnings are manufactured in our factory on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, using European components and locally extruded aluminium.  We combine industry-leading cutting & welding machinery, with craftsman-like attention to detail to produce custom made awning products of the highest standards.

All our commercial awnings are customisable to meet your requirements. In the initial commercial consultation stage, The Helioscreen team examines: 

• The maximum utilization of the space to generate or maintain income 
• Innovative design recommendations to ensure the product meets the owners vision

All Helioscreen retractable awnings come with a 5 year warranty on the motor, fabric, and hardware, and all spare parts are kept on premises for prompt repair works if necessary.

Cassette Awnings

The Helioshade® Cassette is the superior model of the Helioshade® series from Helioscreen. Using innovative German technology and stylish Italian design, it perfectly protects the awning fabric and articulated arms from the harsh Australian environment with a fully closing cassette.

Top quality materials along with precision engineering down to the last detail ensure optimal functionality and durability. High strength extruded brackets guarantee a sound fixing, even on difficult facades. The Helioshade® Cassette can be fully automated with sun /wind / rain sensors, or via smart devices.

Rubix Awnings

The Rubix Cassette awning offers a premium shading solution with a focus on clean lines to suit the finest architecture.

Cocoon Awnings

When modern architecture calls for slim and compact the Helioshade Cocoon Cassette awning offers the ideal shading solution.

Designed for the minimalist, the Cocoon offers a slimline cassette that fully encloses the fabric, arms and moving parts, ensuring protection from the elements when not in use. Utilising the highest quality materials available including chromatised aluminium, Dulux powder coating finishes, high grade stainless steel screws, power coated cast end caps along with precision engineering and design down to the last detail, ensures long lasting durability and functionality for many years.

Fabric Cassette Awnings

The Fabric Cassette folding arm awning elegantly provides the fabric and motor full protection from the elements.

With it’s cleverly designed cassette, it keeps the fabric away from air pollution, sticks, leaves, and bird droppings when not in use. It is mounted via an integrated torque bar with numerous fixing options, making this awning a versatile option for a large range of applications, from Decks, courtyards, pool areas or commercial alfresco dining spaces.

Thanks to the chromatising of all aluminium parts as well as screws and nuts made of marine grade stainless steel, the Helioshade® Classic range is extremely resistant to corrosion.

The awning can be deployed manually with a crank handle or motorised with a SOMFY motor for convenience & ease of use, and the ability to automate via sun / wind / rain sensors, or smart devices.

Classic Awnings

The Classic folding arm awning offers a simple yet stylish awning design to protect you from the elements.

The Classic awning is mounted via an integrated torque bar with numerous mounting options, making the Helioshade® Classic range a versatile option for a large range of applications.
